The Arlington Exeter

The Arlington especially welcomes tourists and commercial travellers. The rooms have just been refurbished so our guests find quality comfortable accommodation. Included in the price is a continental type breakfast in the dining room (that can be eaten in your room if you prefer). If you are going to arrive at unusual times, we give you a code to access. We MUST have a MOBILE phone number when you book. 24 hr CHECK IN MUST RING BEFORE 9PM. Normal check in time is 4pm, please advise arrival time if possible. We are situated on the main road to Exeter, five minutes from Junction 28 (Cullompton) of the M5 . There is also access to the Streatham Campus end of Exeter via Killerton and the Tiverton Road. The airport is seven miles from us.Tourists will find that across the road is a National Trust wood. Nearby there is a fishing lake, quad bike activity, bird of prey centre, and an antique warehouse (featured on tv). The Killerton estate surrounds us with Killerton House and parkland (open all year) two miles away. The bus stops outside, every twenty minutes, for Cullompton and Exeter (varied according to timetable). Please Note: We are a Non Smoking property. Regrettably, The property is unsuitable for children. We cannot accept pets, but the Coach House adjoining us does take them.
