Exeter's finest guest house, situated just 10 minutes walk from the city center, university and train station. Town House is a contemporary style BandB set in an old Edwardian house, recently decorated and tastefully modernised.It's not enough to just offer a bed, we want to do more for you, make your stay a pleasurable experience. The Town House staff strive to offer our clients friendly hospitable service and a comfortable, enjoyable stay. You couldn't ask for a better location or setting, we in a very quiet part of the city and only 10 minutes walk from town centre. With close proximity to the University, both train stations, car parks and excellent pubs and restaurants, you will be right in the heart of Exeter.All our rooms come with a comfortable bed, a high quality mattress and cozy duvet.Every room has flat screen TV, tea and coffee facility and our very own mini guide to f exeter providing you with the best sites, shops and restaurants to check out.We use fair-trade and where possible free-range and local products. Breakfast is served between 7am and 9 am on weekdays and between 8 am and 10 am on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Continental and freshly cooked breakfast are provided.Very friendly and helpful staff are available to help you with all your needs.Guests can leave their luggage safely with us before and after check in, check out. Late check in and early breakfast also available by prior arrangement. Parking permits available for £2 for 24 hours.
