From J29 of M5 turn right from the slip road towards Exeter. At the first roundabout turn right into Exeter Business Park, then right at the next roundabout. Follow the road around to the left and take the first left onto 'Pinn Lane leading to Gipsy Hill Lane'. Carry on along the lane for 320 metres and you will see the hotel sign posted on the right. Turn right and follow the small lane to our drive.
