Southlands is located up a small private drive on the crossroads of Polsloe road, Heavitree road and Barrack road in Exeter. The driveway is quite small and easy to miss and actually part of the cross roads opposite a shop called 'dream doors kitchens'. The apartment is located within the large grey mansion house at the end of the drive. From the car park at the end of the drive go up the cast iron staircase on the side of the building to gain access to the apartment.
