We take the security of your data very seriously and so go to great lengths to ensure that all our systems have appropriate security in place that complies with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you engage us to deliver our services, and/or you visit this website or any other of the websites owned by Aetherweb - and/or when  you manually opt to submit information on this website or any of the websites owned by Aetherweb.

Why do we collect information from you?

For a number of reasons:

• To provide a secure service we record a history of requests made by all visitors to our websites such that should those requests trigger a security rule we can protect our server and our other website users from subsequent potential security risks.
• So that we can interact with you in order to provide you with the services you have requested from us.
• So that as you navigate around our website, we can remember  your previous choices, saving you time and hassle - for instance remembering that you have agreed to our terms and conditions so that you don't have to repeatedly confirm your acceptance, and so that we can remember that you are signed in to your account, and so that we can remember what you have already added to your shopping cart.
• So that we can monitor how people move around our websites and as a result make decisions about which content is engaging, or otherwise and hence make appropriate improvements.

Why do third parties collect information from you when you visit our websites?

For a number of reasons:

• Some of our websites are behind CloudFlare's web firewall service. CloudFlare sets a single cookie (__cfduid) in your browser so that it can track your movements and behaviour in order to mitigate against potentially damaging activity as is commonly perpetrated by some nefarious characters. How can I stop you and third parties from setting and using cookies in my browser?

The personal information we collect from you will vary depending on which services you engage us to deliver. Offline data is accessible only to staff of Aetherweb Ltd.

All data collected online is accessible by Aetherweb Ltd staff and on limited occasions, also by third party service providers working on Aetherweb's behalf (see below).

Any emails and website contact forms you submit and/or send to us are stored in our Google account. These emails and their content may be visible to some Google staff and providers.

Some emails sent to you by us and some of our websites are processed through third-party email delivery service 'MailGun' (https://www.mailgun.com). The content and recipient addresses of those emails may be visible to some of MailGun's staff and providers.

For how long do you keep my information?

Automatically gathered information (collected as you browse) is removed from our servers automatically after a period of at most 60 days.

Information that you have chosen to manually submit to us (by phone, email, online or face to face) may be retained indefinitely - though you have every right to request for it to be removed (see below).

Limited date/time stamped access to data collected online is available to approved data-centre staff cPanel Inc (USA), and Krystal Hosting Limited (UK). This access is strictly for essential security and/or server maintenance work only.

Some data collected online is processed by Google Inc for aggregate processing (Google Analytics) and targeted advertising (Google Adsense) – employees of Google Inc have access to this data. You can opt out of such third-party data collection...

Our emails are stored, encrypted, within our Google account. All access to data in this account is logged and regularly audited - and we use two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

Our accountants, Jane Ascroft Ltd have access to the details of our paying customers and suppliers (and their invoices and payments) whose data must by law be retained for a period of at least 6 years.

Please be assured that we will not release any additional information to third parties unless you have requested that we do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention and detection of crime, fraud or corruption.
