Our emails are stored, encrypted, within our Google account. All access to data in this account is logged and regularly audited - and we use two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
Our accountants, Jane Ascroft Ltd have access to the details of our paying customers and suppliers (and their invoices and payments) whose data must by law be retained for a period of at least 6 years.
